Oikarinen brings nearly 20 years of experience in power systems and semiconductor design, including previous roles at Google, Qualcomm and AnDAPT. He will lead product management and systems engineering at Celera Semiconductor, supporting the development of analogue IC and power management solutions.

Celera Semiconductor, the leading analog IC supplier using AI to slash the cost and time to develop and supply analog ICs, announced Juha Oikarinen has joined the company as vice president of Product Management and Systems Engineering reporting to CEO Patrick Brockett.

Oikarinen brings almost 20 years of experience in the development and delivery of advanced power systems. After graduating with a BSEE from the University of Oulu Finland, he began his career with Fairchild Semiconductor in applications engineering and product definition for mobile power and portable devices.

After moving to California, he joined Qualcomm's Systems Engineering group, focusing on power solutions. He then went onto lead AnDAPT’s product definition and systems engineering team, integrating FPGA, analog, and power technologies. He then spent over eight years at Google as a systems architect working on power systems, chip architectures, and design before joining Celera Semiconductor.

“Celera's mission is to provide our customers the power solutions they require to succeed in the market,“ said Patrick Brockett, Celera's CEO. “Juha has spent his career working on understanding customer needs and architecting the right silicon power solutions.“

“This is the perfect assignment for me,” commented Oikarinen. “Celera's world-class design team and advanced AI automation open the door to a new level of power technology delivery. I look forward to providing Celera’s customers what they need for market success.”
